AI systems for small-business owners

Your business is paying someone to copy and paste.

I build AI systems that answer leads, chase follow-ups, pull your numbers and clear the inbox, so you and your team stop doing it by hand. Put your numbers in the calculator to see what it costs you now.

Free. A written audit with three fixes and a fixed quote, in your inbox within 24 hours.

$40,320

1,152 hours of paid time on work a system could do.

If a system took over 40% of it, that's $16,128 a year back. Your audit shows which 40%.

The flagship build

The 5-Minute Lead Lock

Every new lead gets a reply in under five minutes, day or night, then follow-up until they book or say no. Built for businesses that live on inbound leads: real estate agents, movers, home services.

Why it matters: in a 2026 mystery shop of 2,198 real estate inquiries, 68% got no response within 24 hours (Real Estate News). Firms that reply within an hour are about 7 times likelier to qualify the lead (HBR).

What you get, live in 30 days

  • Up to 4 lead sources connected: site forms, portals, ads, missed calls
  • Instant text and email reply, around the clock
  • Qualifying questions and hot-lead alerts to your phone
  • Booking straight onto your calendar
  • A 14-day follow-up sequence for leads who go quiet
  • One revival campaign on your old leads
  • A weekly response-time report

$2,500 fixed fee

Founding price: $1,500 for my first five Lead Lock clients, in exchange for an honest case study with your real numbers.

If it doesn't do what we scoped, I keep fixing it at no charge, and the second half isn't due until it's live and working.

Three systems that pay for themselves first

Most small businesses lose the same hours in the same three places. These are the builds I start with.

Lead follow-up that never sleeps

A new lead gets a reply in minutes, not hours, then a follow-up sequence until they book or say no. Every reply lands in your CRM.

Example: 50 fresh prospects in a real estate agent's queue every Monday at 8am, with zero duplicate outreach.

Numbers without the spreadsheet

Sales, ad spend, jobs and cash pulled together automatically, so you know how last week went on Monday morning instead of at month-end.

Example: a live ops and financial dashboard for a family moving company.

An assistant for the inbox and admin

An AI agent that sorts email, drafts replies, updates the calendar and writes the reports, with you approving anything that matters.

Example: Cornelius, the agent that has run my own inbox, contracts and daily plan every day since April 2026.

Systems I've built and run

Real clients, real systems, built solo.

  1. DIVINI

    Kombucha brand, launching DTC

Full e-commerce stack and Meta Ads attribution engine: site, checkout, admin dashboard, commission engine and PDF invoicing.

Shipped in six weeks, solo. livedivini.com

  2. Moving Images Media

    Family-run moving company

Automated prospect research, outreach sequences, CRM activation, dormant-client re-engagement and a financial dashboard.

Phase 2 running. Paid on performance, per truck.

  3. Luxury real estate agent

    Referral network

Weekly batch lead system. Anyone who replies on Instagram is pulled from the email path automatically.

50 new prospects every Monday at 8am. No duplicate outreach.

  4. Cornelius

My own AI chief of staff

Runs my inbox, calendar, client letters, contract redlines, reports and daily plan.

Running every day since April 2026.

  5. Short-form video pipeline

    Content automation

Phone clip in, finished video out: transcription, captions and motion graphics, rendered automatically.

No video editor opened in three months.

The busywork scorecard

Six questions, about 90 seconds. You get a score out of 100 for how much time a system could win back, plus the three builds that would save you the most. Results show right here, no email needed.

Five automations you can set up yourself this week

Free, no strings. If you'd rather not build them yourself, that's what I'm for.

  1. Instant lead reply

Connect your website form to your email tool so every new lead gets a personal-sounding reply within five minutes, with your booking link. Leads go cold fast: firms that answered within an hour were about 7 times likelier to qualify the lead, according to Harvard Business Review.

  2. Missed-call text back

Most phone systems can text a missed caller automatically: "Sorry I missed you, what can I help with?" Turns a lost call into a conversation.

  3. Monday numbers email

A scheduled automation that pulls last week's sales, leads and spend into one email at 7am Monday. Ten minutes to set up in most tools, and you stop opening five dashboards.

  4. Meeting notes to tasks

Record calls with an AI notetaker and send the action items straight to your task list, assigned and dated.

  5. Review request on job complete

When a job is marked done, send a short text asking for a review, with the link. More reviews bring in more leads at no ad cost.

Ways to work together

One path: a free audit, then the one build that pays back fastest, then care if you want it. I take a limited number of builds each month so each one ships on time.

Not ready for a build? Start with a Power Hour.

Book a Power Hour

How it works

  1. Send the bottleneck

Plain language is fine. "My follow-ups slip." "Reporting eats my Mondays." The form below takes two minutes.

  2. Get your audit in 24 hours

A written breakdown of where time and money leak, plus three fixes ranked by payback.

  3. Agree on a fixed scope

If a fix is worth building, you get a fixed quote and the full spec before any work starts.

  4. Go live within 30 days

Your first system runs on your own accounts. Then we add the next one, if you want to.

Questions owners ask first

How much does it cost?

The 5-Minute Lead Lock is $2,500, fixed fee ($1,500 for the first five founding clients). Other single automations start at $1,500. Power Hours are $300 for two hours, credited toward a build within 30 days. System care starts at $150 a month. The audit is free.

I already use ChatGPT. Why would I need this?

ChatGPT waits for you to type. These systems run on their own: they follow up with leads, pull last week's numbers and draft the replies whether or not anyone is at a keyboard.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You describe the problem in plain language. I scope it, build it on your accounts and show your team how to use it.

Is my data safe?

Everything runs on your own accounts and tools. I only get the access a build needs, and you can remove it any time.

What if it breaks?

During the build you have a direct line to me. After launch, system care covers monitoring and fixes, or I'll hand it to your team with written instructions.

What if it doesn't work?

Every build has a written scope. If the system doesn't do what we scoped, I keep fixing it at no charge until it does, and the second half of the fee isn't due until it's live and working.

Is the audit really free? What's the catch?

It's really free. Some owners take the three fixes and build them themselves, and that's fine. The ones who want them built usually ask me to.

Where are you based?

Chicago. I work with owners anywhere in the US over video and messaging, and in person around Chicago.

Tell me what's eating your week. I write each audit myself, so I only take a handful a week. Step one of four, and it costs nothing.

  • Your written audit arrives within 24 hours
  • Three fixes, ranked by how fast they pay back
  • A fixed price for the one I'd build first
  • No call, no obligation
